The honest answer: NBEAC accreditation takes between 12 and 18 months end-to-end. Anyone promising 6 months is selling something.

Faculty qualification matrix (4–8 weeks lost): Most schools discover halfway through that BPS classifications, publications, and qualifications are wrong. From a cold start: 1–2 months. With centralized data: a week.

Assurance of Learning evidence (6–10 weeks lost): PLOs/CLOs exist but assessment data tying outcomes to student performance rarely does. Retroactive build for 3 cohorts is brutal.

ATS = Applicant Tracking System. It parses CVs into structured data and recruiters search by keyword. If the parser can't read your CV, you don't exist.
