He built Talim AI because, after years inside university administration, he saw that the tooling accreditation actually requires simply did not exist.
Mushtaq serves as Principal's Coordinator at Bahria University's Bahria Business School (BBS-IC) in Islamabad — effectively the strategic nerve centre of the Principal's office. There he quality-assures institutional reports, runs a real-time performance dashboard across every academic program, and acts as the primary liaison between the Principal's office and the university's HR, Academics, Finance, and Quality Assurance directorates.

Mushtaq has led institutional documentation and compliance coordination for HEC, NBEAC, and AACSB across departments — hands-on evidence collection, standards monitoring, and Peer Review Team (PRT) visit preparation across all seven NBEAC standards. He has collaborated directly with AACSB teams on Assurance of Learning (AoL) processes and accreditation-critical submissions, and has audited the agendas and minutes of statutory bodies (DBOS, DRC, ECM, ACM, HERC, and the Faculty Board of Studies) for full institutional and HEC compliance.

Alongside his university role, Mushtaq co-founded Ebet Consulting within the Bahria Innovation Center's incubation ecosystem, leading its business development and digital presence.
